Luciano Olguin
Luciano is a senior UX designer, creative technologist and AI/digital systems specialist with more than 20 years of hands-on experience creating scalable, user-centered platforms.
His path began with the expressive, motion-rich web of the early 2000s and expanded through UX/UI, full-stack development, mobile applications, database systems and business analytics. That range shapes Promo Web Digital’s approach: the craft is visual, but the work must function as a complete business system.
Based in the Greater Los Angeles area, Luciano leads work in both English and Spanish for organizations across the United States and Mexico.
